I am struggling to know what to say about my Red Shoe Day! My words seem to come short of expressing the wonderfulness and specialness of it.
It took me 2 years to book my session after seeing a friend's photos. I wished I'd booked it sooner!
It was lovely to have a "me" day, to have my hair and make up done by someone else. Sarah and Nicole are lovely, so calm, talented and just really lovely down to earth women. I felt so at ease, nerves and uncertainty went out the window during my first cup of tea! Sarah's talent and what she has created with the Red Shoe is awesome! You can tell that she loves what she does.
The end result - the photo reveal - the anticipation - was so special. I love my photos. It was so difficult to choose which photos to keep. I am truly happy with my choice.
The experience has certainly helped me to love myself again. Helped me realise I need to appreciate myself (as I am) and regularly give myself 'me' time. I've also got some lovely momentos of a fantastic day (frozen in time) to look back on.
Thank you ladies. I do hope to be back in 10 years time!
